ClocTrak® Mobile turns your Pocket PC, Smartphone or other *Windows® Mobile device into a sophisticated employee time collection and information retrieval system. At last, an electronic time clock/time sheet application for your mobile work environment!  Real-time data access to TimeTrak database via TimeTrak's Live Data Server technology, no downloading or polling necessary.

Your mobile device can become a wireless time clock, electronic employee time sheet, and much more with ClocTrak®Mobile.  Whether by local area network across the hall or by Internet around the world, this software option is the perfect answer in mobile situations where traditional hardware data collection systems can't be cost-justified or are incompatible with your 'white collar' environment.

GPS Location Tracking

When used with a GPS enabled mobile device ClocTrak®Mobile tracks where your employees are and what they are doing.  Automatically record arrival, departure and job class transactions when entering and leaving designated areas.  GPS location information is recorded with each punch transaction.

TimeTrak® Text Message allows employees to conveniently transact using ordinary SMS (Simple Message Service)  text messages.  Just send the appropriate message to the TextTrak number and the transaction is complete!  The wireless data collection system connects directly to TimeTrak.

Your mobile device can become a wireless time clock allowing employees to report their arrival for work, their departure, return from lunch or break, even perform department or job class transfers.  A pay period hours summary report can even be sent in SMS text format to the employees mobile device.  A message can also be sent to confirm receipt of any punch transaction.

VTrak® (Plus)

Your employees can report their Time and Attendance transactions just by punching in a phone number and responding to a series of voice prompts. VTrak®, the data collection system, connects directly to a TimeTrak host computer. Add the Caller ID option from your telephone company, and VTrak® identifies the source of the call and validates the originating number against a list of known numbers, then authorizes or refuses the entry.
Authorized numbers then become part of the data collection record. When no Caller ID number is available, VTrak® accepts the call and marks the record accordingly.

Just phone in and follow the voice prompts

It's this easy: Up to four employees at a time (standard configuration) pick up telephones and punch in a phone number or extension number. VTrak® responds by giving the current date and time. The callers are then instructed to enter a code to identify the type of transaction they are performing, "in for day", "out", etc. They are next prompted to key in their identification number. Once it's entered, their transaction is complete.

It's not necessary to wait for prompts to be completed. Data entry can be initiated and completed as quickly as one can enter the appropriate numbers. When data entry is complete, employees simply hang up the phone.
